Text Version and Design:
- Always include a text version of your HTML email to accommodate users who prefer this format or are viewing from a mobile device.
- Format and design text version for better results, instead of using one large block of undecipherable text
- Keep hyperlinks short to avoid broken links after wrapping
- When testing, always test both HTML and text versions for formatting and copy
