		<description>Absolutely. Brand loyalty is key.  Having dealt with both good &amp; bad customer service I&#039;m definitely of the opinion that it&#039;s better to go the extra mile rather than have a disgruntled customer who will indeed spread the news not to support that particular brand.  Sounds as though your hotel did a great job in keeping you happy and have obviously secured themselves a guaranteed pay cheque for the coming years.</description>
